Our Chief of the Boat (COB,) Kirby Anderson led a working party on Friday, May 22, 2026, to prepare the USS PHOENIX (SSN-702)
float for the upcoming Memorial Day ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, including the Perch Base Tolling
for the Boats ceremony on Monday, May 25th. The USS Phoenix (SSN-702) float, the People Trailer used during parades, and
much of our Perch Base materials are stored courtesy of the Morgan family on their property, free-of-charge. Thank
you to Curt and Cindy Morgan.
