(l-r:) Jan & Vic Van Horn. The next gentleman to the right in the suit was the Keynote Speaker, Admiral John Richardson, USN (Ret). Admiral Richardson served as the Director of Naval Reactors from 2012 until 2015 and the 31st Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) from 2015 until 2019.
